FreeForums.org is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our volunteer support team. General responsibilities include resolving customer problems and questions via the support forum.
Training will be provided for internal systems, however applicant must have broad IT knowledge including expertise around phpBB and our services. While these are not paid positions there are some benefits included.
How to Apply
1) Create a username on this forum
2) Accumulate 50 posts while helping other users. Please note discussion posts such as posts in the off-topic board do not count. They need to be posts helping others with our services.
3) create a ticket at http://help.freeforums.org with your username along with a 100-200 word document about yourself.
Please note due to the number of staff applications we get, we cannot accept everyone. If you've sent in an application and don't hear from us within two weeks, keep posting on the support forum and submit another one after a month. For more information on what we look for check out our blog post
