Hi KPOPClubs,

Good question. We have been busy fixing bugs and small improvements on current features. Rest assured we are still working hard and do have some exciting upgrades planned.

Hi Ph4zeT.B.W,

While no site is 100% safe (even Google gets hacked) freeforums is just as safe --if not safer-- than any online service. Security is a huge concern and we have invested a lot of resources into making our forums secure.

Unfortunately, I don't think the snow will be coming back this year. We found some users with outdated browsers would experience slow loading speeds when the snow was installed.

The news post was meant to get suggestions from the community and provide a warn...

Indeed it's from freeforums.org -- although the only way to reach Sam is over email (not on support forum).

I meant it keeps us from adding additional ads. Some forum hosts have banner ads in the admin panels, ads that go on top of all images uploaded, etc.

Sakurachan, unfortunately chatango won't work because of the way their user system is setup. XAT's design/style is a bit too unprofessional for us..

COASTERFRECK-- It's not a matter of getting rid of mods. Removing the new profile system would not be beneficial because it uses no additional server resources. This is strictly affecting the chat products. We have signed up over 750,000 forums and over 70,000 are active everyday -- a handful of use...

grndslm,

No forum host will offer SSL as it costs about $200 per domain per year to support SSL. Forums don't contain sensitive content like a bank would (ie. your bank account number, or social security number etc) so SSL is not needed here.

Mr Daffy Bubbles,

If the website linked to an adult website you can email the url to support@freeforums.org and we will review it. Per http://www.freeforums.org/ad-quality.php, the department that handles ad-quality is available only over email.
