| Hello, If a forum is removed for inactivity it is deleted, so the data is gone. The only way it would still 'float around the Internet' is through search engine results, but they'd soon go to crawl the site again and realise its not there, in turn removing their data too. Hello,
I'm not too sure what LaTeX coding is either (I probably should), could you provide an example of how you would use it on your forum, as you may be able to put it into a custom bbcode. |

Hello,
I would advise that you upgrade to Advanced Hosting where you have 100% access to both your forum's fileset and database and can add various pages for downloads. The limits for uploads would not be capped, either. |

Tis is moderation, not administration, so go to your board index and click the 'Moderator Control Panel' link. From there you can click 'banning' and 'ban by IP'. |

I'm sorry but myfavclan.freeforums.org was removed for inactivity on April 23rd 2011, there won't be a way to recover it. The name hasn't been taken again though, so you can create a new forum using the same name, but you'd be starting from scratch. |

I'm sorry it's not possible to delete it via the ACP, but if you head over to http://help.freeforums.org and create a ticket explaining the issue they should be able to help you. Please expect a response in 2-3 working days, which are Monday's to Friday's, from the ticket support. |

Hello,
You'd have to unban the IP address for them to regain access. By the sounds of it they're all using similar/identical IP addresses and the ban has included them, causing them to be blocked from the forum. |

When you're in your ACP there's an e-mail address listed at the top, left hand side of the "General" tab. Is that the e-mail address you're checking? |
