Every forum now has a referral link in the "Referral" page of their admin panel. You will receive credit (applied to your community chest) for forums that signs up via your link. The pay structure can be found below:

You will be paid $1.00 for every new forum that reaches 1,000 U.S. Unique visitors, and an additional $10.00 once that forum reaches 10,000 U.S. uniques.

For example: say you refer five forums, three reach 1,000+ uniques and one reaches 10,000+ uniques. You will be paid (4)$1.00 + (1)$10.00 = $14.00. You can earn up to $11.00 per forum you refer!
