As a forum owner it's not just important to get new members, but also retain the current ones. After much research and feedback we've created a new Inactive Member Reminder mod. This mod allows you to set a period of inactivity (ie. 30 days) and if a member doesn't login or post during that time, it will send them an email reminding them about the forum and seeing if they need any help.

Users can opt-out of these emails very easily, so you don't have to worry about these being spam. At the same time, you will find some users who got busy and forgot about your forum will be back and posting!
