Hi been getting a lot of complaints from my users to say they are been redirected when they try to log on to my forum to a crash tv site which they are then instructed to pay for, is there any way someone could look into this for me.

Do your users click anything before they get redirected to this website? Once redirected, have any of them taken a screenshot?

Are they accidentally clicking an advert when trying to click a 'login' button, considering they are on mobile devices?

No i have asked them this, others are also telling me that Mcafee is rating my forum as having virus content as well, i have used my mobile and i got them same screen shot like in the post, and i did not even click anything at all just put in the url, and as soon as it loaded it was redirected to that site, i have tried it today on my mobile and was not redirected today.

I have the same issue.

Going to my fresh forum created for evaluation of your service I get REDIRECTED to a SPAM site. I assume you are not using gogo-girl ads here, but this is some sort of hack..?

You can see it by:
- using iPhone
- anonymous access
- goto ifvpasweden.freeforums.org
- instant redirect to spam

Obviously your service is unusable if you can't GUARANTEE that there are no xxx-ads or spam like this.

In logged in mode I'm getting "normal" localized ads. Maybe this is your ads partner actually posting ads making these things happen?

Anyways, I'll hold back until the issue has been clarified.

Looks like its three forums having the same problem. and still no further along with a solved problem, where is the support for this type of problems.

I seem to have lost all my members due to this bug in your system, nobody will come on the site due to the spam they are getting from your advertisements.

my users me inclusive are getting similar problems when we try to access our forums or portal from iphones or android phones we get redirected to another page
