My forum was deleted with no notifcation
Looking at the way you treat your customers here who have had similar experiences of very poor treatment to me I will not be using your "services" again. I am setting up a new forum but will be a paid one so that I am not abused like this one has me. To just delete sites with no notice and not to be able to restore them and all the work and effort that went on to create them is quite unacceptable and something you should be ashamed about.
PS And please don't try the "maybe it went into your spam folder" nonsense with me as I have received other emails from your organisation fine.

Re: My forum was deleted with no notifcation
Hello, Different e-mails are sent from different servers which is why we suggest that you look in the spam/junk folder. (Have you?)
When a forum is not posted on for nintey (90) days it is removed for inactivity. Then, for seven (7) days an administrator can log into the forum and recover it. If they do not recover it, after the 7 days (97 in all) the forum is completely removed from our system.
Your forum was removed from the system on 8th March 2012, meaning the last post to be made on your forum was posted on 2nd December 2011.

Is that your excuse for your very poor policy? Whether it is 20 days, 100, or 1000 days is neither here nor there. How about answering my question which is why don't you have the very basic courtesy to notify people before you just delete all their work with no comeback?

Hello, E-mails are sent before the forum is removed, when the forum is removed and before it is permanently removed. There are many reasons which are out of our control as to why you may not have received any. One could be that the e-mail provider yo use blocked these e-mails for whatever reason. These e-mails would have been sent to the founder e-mail address listed under the "General" tab in your ACP.

You just don't get it do you? The only email I don't get from you is the one (and only one) about removing it but all the others arrive fine - yes you clearly are on a different planet and don't wish to take any responsibility for your actions. Thanks for wasting my (and from the looks of it many others') time.

Re: My forum was deleted with no notifcation
Hello, As I explained the e-mails could be undelivered for any reason. We feel that 90 days of inactivity is plenty of time for a single post to be made on a forum. We recently allowed people to recover their forums after removal (the 7 day period after the first 90). I'm sorry, but there is nothing we can do for your forum, considering it was removed almost two months ago now.

Re: My forum was deleted with no notifcation
One of my forums was also deleted with zero notification. I had been checking my junk mail and there was no notification. My server delivers emails from you. It delivered notifications other times. There was no notification this time. I suggest your staff check into the matter. This implication is misleading. Had palloyd contacted you six weeks ago, you would have not retrieved the forum, either. I contacted support forum only days after my forum was supposedly taken down. All in vain. The only "help" I got out of it was the suggestion--at long last--to post once a month in a forum only I can see.
