ok so i am having an issue with my date and time formats. i have followed all instructions via the acp and Knowledge Base help section and nothing seems to fix this so idk what to do here. i will paste example of each so you have an understanding of what my issue is, if it can even be changed.

log in / log out time stamp info example:

Hi, [insert username] (Logout)
Last visit was: AMpSat, 28 Apr 2012 08:05:05 +000005Saturday 27, 2012 : 10:07p04

last post / new post time stamp info example:

AMpSat, 28 Apr 2012 01:38:46 +000038Saturday 27, 2012 : 10:07p04

[insert username] View the latest post

statistics info example:

Total posts 9 | Total topics 9 | Total members 3 | Our newest member [insert new user name]

Hopefully you have an idea of what my issue is and how to fix it cause its double posting dates and times with PMP, AMp, p04, and that + sign with numbers and its all jumbled together, im just trying to get it to display normally and correctly as this just looks like a big jumbled mess of dates and times crammed together.

If you there is any way to fix this i would appreciate any info, tutorial, Knowledge Base link, or otherwise to get this issue fixed.

Have you changed the default time setting for your forum?

ACP > Advanced ACP> General > Board configuration > Board settings > Date format > Pick one of the preset options here > Submit

Then (if necessary)
UCP > Board Preferences > My date format: > Pick one of the preset options here > Submit

did both of those things more then once, as im not new to being a forums admin but for me idk it seems to not want change for some odd reason, but i will try it again.
