 CANNOT ACCESS MY FORUM, PLEASE HELP  I & my members still cannot access to my forum even after 2 days down.....please help  Thank you so much in advance.

Re: CANNOT ACCESS MY FORUM, PLEASE HELP I got this issue as region based. Just use a proxy you will able to access. That means some ip are blocked . When i tried with my browser i got this message
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /error/noindex.html on this server.
But in my opera browser where it under proxy no problem opening it.
