I am having a problem in Permissions of the Guests


I decided to prevent the visitors(Guests) from seeing the site content

-I worked the following steps
-I am chosen "Permissions" tab at the top,
-I am chosen "Groups’ forum permissions"
-I am selected the "Guests" group from the drop-down box
-clicked Submit
-I have marked sticking "All Forums" box then clicked Submit
-I am selected "no access" from the drop-down box,
-clicked apply all Permissions

then
I entered my site as a visitor and I can see the contents of my website

i confirmed the changes found "no access" As I am changed

Hi there,

The reason this may be happening is because the "Anonymous" user is the in the VIP Member group. The Anonymous user is a user that recognizes guests and affects their permissions. Simply remove this user form the VIP Members group and the system should reflect how you want it to. Essentially, the Anonymous User should only be IN the Guests group.

Hi there,

Simply sign into the Advanced Admin Panel and go to the "Users and Groups" tab. Click "Mange Groups" and then click the "Member" option (under 'actions') next to the VIP Group. Once there, you will see the Anonymous User listed, tick the box next to this name and using the below drop-down-menu choose "Remove Member From Group". Then hit submit.

"You are not able to remove the guest user account."
This is the message that appears when I try to Removing

I add them to the guest group, and was then able to remove them from the VIP group, they had to be added to the guests group first before you would be able to remove them from the other group.
