Hi, I have created a forum for our association members to use but I wondered if the whole forum could be made password protected rather than having a password for each sub section.

The reason being that only current members should get access to the forum for the calendar year, the password be changed upon membership renewal each year - is this possible, and if so how?

Sorry, but that can't be done. The only passwords are the ones for the forums and for the members. You can't have a global password.
