 No site configured at this address This message appears for some users using some browsers on some computers/OSs when using the URL for our forum:
"No site configured at this address."
The same users are able to locate the forum on some browsers but not others. One mentioned trouble with updated Firefox/Windows 7.
I have suggested emptying the browser cache, but the problem appears to persist.
Any suggestions?

You think this problem is due to our users' ISPs???

Well you say the members browser, operating system, computer etc. varies and they still have the problem. My initial thought was if they are all in the same area they may be going through the same ISP.
