I'm trying to upload a header banner for my site. I have one that I use on all correspondence which I send out and I'd like to use that.It's a publisher saved document but when I follow the instructions to upload it gives me an error message.

Try condensing all the line breaks after all of the tags, phpBB2 had this issue as well.

How do I disable the Inactive user reminder?

in the acp, go to the general tab, find the mod center link, and you should see it there, then just click disable.

Tell them to use the "Direct Link" and place that in the IMG BBCode tag. You can not allow html in phpbb3 everything has to be converted to BBCode first.
