Post Support Forum User Guidelines *READ FIRST*
The purpose of this forum is to provide support for the FreeForums.org network and community. Participating in the FreeForums.org support forum is a privilege given to those who follow the user guidelines outlined below. By signing up and/or accessing our services you are agreeing to be bound by terms of this agreement. Please read this document carefully as it is a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement, you may not use the services we provide.

1. Advertising of any kind outside our Forum Promotion board is strictly prohibited. This is including but not limited to: promotion of a non-freeforums.org related website, product or service. Advertising of a competing service (forum host, web host, blog host, image host, etc), and advertising communities not hosted through freeforums.org or affiliated companies. Also, advertising the use of programs/utilities that circumvent seeing the ads on our forums as well is strictly prohibited.

2. Members are not allowed to advertise affiliate links that lead to them earning cash, credits, or points.

3. Inappropriate language is not permitted on the support forum. Abbreviations, misspellings, and any other attempts to circumvent the word censoring systems also violate this rule.

4. Signatures are limited to 7 lines high. This includes any images, text, or icons.

5. Every user is entitled to one account only. Additional accounts are not permitted.

6. You must respect staff and fellow members. Refrain from inflammatory comments. Abuse towards our moderators and staff are not allowed.

7. Freedom of speech rights do not extend to privately owned businesses and websites such as this one.

8. The purpose of this forum is to provide support for the FreeForums.org network and community. While we value constructive feedback, continued degrading comments and flaming of the services provided is not permitted.

9. Access to the private message system is a privilege given to those who don't abuse it. It may not be used for any kind of advertising mentioned above in rule #1. In cases of expected abuse the private message system will be monitored and recorded.

10. Support staff generally work from the oldest topics up to the newest ones, so please refrain from bumping your topics in hope of getting attention. Also, if you need to edit more information into a topic/post, please edit it and add it in rather than double posting.

11. The support board is meant for users to come and get support and not for promotion of a forum here. If a forum here has the solution, copy the solution here and provide support here. We do not tolerate posts sending users to another's forum to get help when they came here for it.

12. Support is provided only via the support board and email. Please do not contact any of our staff members via instant messengers or the private message(PM) system.

13. We are happy you found your way to our community. We strive to create a friendly and fun atmosphere so enjoy your time here :)

Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in a warning and or loss of forum privileges. Staff have the right to remove any post or account without notice or explanation. FreeForums.org reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of such changes. You are therefore responsible for regularly reviewing these guidelines and additional terms or notices posted on the FreeForums.org website. FreeForums.org will be the deciding factor in what is allowed and not allowed. FreeForums.org's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these guidelines shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.

There is support out on the forum - this is just the list of available tutorial, and not a good place for support or discussion.

If you have a support issue we are glad to help you out on the forum.

If you are looking for a discussion forum then that would be the Off Topic forum.

We send an email to the forum owner letting them know that their forum is inactive and is subject to deletion pending further inactivity. Also, we do not have to warn anyone before we remove their forum, our Terms of Service explicitly says that we reserve the right to remove forums without notice or explanation.

So once your forum is deleted is there anyway to get it back?

My understanding is links to youtube are not included on the list above, right?
Also if one of the users posted something that violates Terms of Service, will freeforms notify me about it, or they just delete my forum without notification?

im not sure, but the admin and mods of your forum are expected to watch for content that is against the rules and delete it

I'm admin and I'm trying to watch the forum. But I'm not there 24/7. So just wondering if they send notification if something like that happens.
