I have given up here on this issue. This is ridiculous. But for the record i am still getting these Forbidden Messages on my forum. And so are my members. I have members for all over the world that come to the site and have experienced this to. Plus i have used different browsers, members have used different browsers...doesnt matter... still experience this Error.

I just want to say to anyone that is frustrated enough now that if they are looking for a new service to host their forums on to please give icy __ Boards a try. I have moved there myself. And i have to say the support team there is superb and very helpful. I havent experienced any messes or problems like i have here. Plus you get a lot more features THERE, then you do here. Also some of the features you pay for here are FREE on http://*removed - no advertising*.com/. You also have the ability to customize your forums themes, templates, color schemes etc. You dont have that kind of freedom here unless you PAY for it. Its FREE there!

Try it out, i think you will be glad you did.

It's gotten so bad that I cannot log in without seeing that idiotic "Forbidden" page - and yes I clear out my cookies and cache every time.

Or have the tech support and bug search teams gotten so bad that it is apparently time to move to a competitor for actual results?
The time frame on this ongoing issue has been disturbing, to say the least. No one should not be locked out of their forum - especially when they are paying for it.

You need to stop deleting my posts here....my last message had nothing in it that called for it to be deleted what so ever. What are you afraid of? Losing your members to a better service?

THEN FIX THE PROBLEMS and STOP jerking your members around.

We have all been patient awaiting a fix, I see now we have problems loading photo's as well as gaining access, please can you offer us any kind of solution?

That image loading problem was an issue at the start of the Forbidden Error problem that started around the first part of November. It went on forever, finally it was "Fixed" supposedly. Looks like the problem is back.

Why keep asking for problems to be solved. When nothing happens? I have finally realized and will be moving forward.
Such a shame. Was so happy when I found this place. And now I have to build everything up from Scratch at different forum provider.
What a joke!!!

Possibly because some folks have more invested in their forums over a longer period and can't just walk away and start again?

Also their database is > 5mb so can't move to any "bought" hosting package.

All in all a bit poor really.

The problem isnt going to be fixed.

no one is able to pick up the pm's and we cannot access the Members list, search also seems to be a bit hit and miss. Is anyone looking into these problems at all?

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to RESOLVE this issue. Our tech team has spent extensive time investigating this issue and has not been able to find a proper resolution to it on our end, and we believe the issue lies within with changes made to groups of ISPs that effectively block us. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Since we are not able to fix this issue, we are currently resolving this thread. As a note, the current 'RESOLVED' status of this topic does not mean that this issue is fixed, but it is resolved as we are not able to investigate the issue any further.
