visitors unable to see registration form

 visitors unable to see registration form hello mods/admin/support,
have recently created a forum with the same name as the username.
on clicking 'register', visitors are unable to see any forms etc (homepage with ad shows up instead).
is there some quick resolution to this.

It looks like you currently have the board disabled, and registration isn't allowed when the board is disabled. If you un-disable the board, they will be able to register without any issues. You can do this from Board Settings under the General tab in the Advanced Admin Panel.
