First off, I never got an email of any kind warning me this was going to happen, second, several people said there was seven days after that in which it could be retrieved. This is unfair and now I know I will never come back here for service again.

I'm sorry, are you referring to the forum being removed?
When a forum doesn't have any posts made on it for 90 days it is removed for inactivity - then, for 7 days it is recoverable by an admin. After those 7 days (97 in all) it is completely removed from the system. http://walkthroughhell.freeforums.org was removed on 12th April 2012, meaning the last post was made on Friday 6th January 2012.
