My Forum Keeps Logging Me Out Straight Away! Why?

 My Forum Keeps Logging Me Out Straight Away! Why? Just a couple of mins ago, my forum started logging me out straight away after i log in.
I click "Log-In", it logs me in, then on the next click to anywhere on my forum, im logged back out when i get there.
Anybody know what the problem is or why it is doing this?
If so, do you know how to fix this?

Download a program called "Notepad++" (Notepad Plus Plus). It is free and brilliant to use for editing files - if you currently use Notepad or Word to edit files, stop at once! I also suggest away from using Dreamweaver as there are too many "good" settings that eventually hinder your work.
Once you've got Notepad++ open, add the code the walkthrough tells you to add and save the file as "cookie.php"
