I need help deleting my forum I have tried countless times selecting delete forum on the recovery console. However it says we sent the link and I look in my email and there is no link. The reason I want the forum removed in the first place is because I host all my own stuff now including a website. This simply means I don't have a use for it anymore.

Have you checked spam/junk folder? Sometimes it gets sent there. In addition, are you sure you're checking the right e-mail account?

All other freeforums emails go through fine and I always check there out of habbit when I don't get an expected email but thanks anyway for the suggestion and yes I am checking the right email

The only reason we suggested that is because the Founder e-mail address can differ from the Administrator account's e-mail. Depending on if it was changed.

I still need assistance in removing my forum considering the email still doesn't show up

If you are unable to delete your forum through the normal method, then we suggest you just disable the forum and within 90 days the forum will be deleted due to inactivity. To do this, simply sign into the Advanced Admin Panel and go to the "Board Settings" tab. From there, you will see "Disable Board" set that to "Yes" and you may also fill out a reason. After hitting submit, your forum will no longer be accessible to normal users. This will prevent them from posting.
