You can add your Custom Profile Field. 1)Login to your ACP 2)Then click Users and Groups Tab 3)and create Custom profile field
Note: I don't think you can create it with images, though.Also you can set their permission also when you create them or after you create them by going to Edit option.
You can't add images, but you can create different kinds of Custom Profile Fields as explained above. What do you mean by permissions?

you are not understand me i know how to adad cpf my idea was wether you can make custom profile filed with images, in other words an image list, like country icons, and what i mean with permission is set wether user or admin can change it

Hello,
Well the custom profile fields are always editable by the users. You can hide them and make them only visible to Admins/Moderators but then the users cannot see them at all. Images cannot be used in Profile fields as the system isn't set up that way. There is a Country MOD out there that you could have installed on Advanced Hosting if you so desired.
