Something like you pick teams and the winner is the one with the most points. Don't know is this is on the PHPBB list but I've seen it on other forums.
Hello, I don't think there is a mod for phpBB designed to do this. That, and that I don't think it will have a huge demand for it would bring me to the assumption that it won't be added to the system. If you do find one, however, please feel free to post a link to it here and well take a look for you
