Recently, we've had a number of people complain about the confirmation code, required during registration. Their problem isn't the fact they have to type in a code, it's the promotional video at the beginning. It's position below the info fields and the appearance of the box makes it very easy to overlook. Legit board guests become frustrated because they miss that step in the process, and after trying several times give up and email us for direction. I don't know how many people have given up and decided not to contact us about it.

We have ads all over the site, due to the fact we have not upgraded. I know that's the reason for the video in the confirmation code as well, but is there any chance that confirmation code could be switched out to something a bit more common place? Something people recognize as a Confirmation box? Just curious. We don't want to deter potential board members and right now we can't upgrade to a board that omits ads.
