The support mod you have on here were you add ur forum link etc....

Maybe add a similar mod onto the forums ( paid ofc ) were they can submit tickets to the forum admin / mods

This is perhaps a bit too specific kind of mod that does not suit all forums out there, as FreeForums tend to install modifications that go for the fast majority of forum owners. So not just specific ones but mods that can be used by anyway.
