This is already possible, Head over to your ACP(Advanced admin panel) -> Utility box -> Set enabled to true, and now select either shout box, or chat box.

It is badly designed and not editable. We cannot put the shoutout box on the bottom our forum to save space for the top.
I suggest buying advanced hosting then.....
