I used to use this to scream at BT Broadband an their throttling tricks.

I can remember Switch from BT to Sky.

Last Day of BT - Hit 3mb/s
First Day of Sky - Hit 6mb/s

Same line, same exchange, just different provider. BT like to throttle those that don't go the full payment.

With SKY (supposed to be an 8 m line so not that bad really)
