Cool idea Hook, I'm joining

Yes, this is something that many Forum Owners have wanted! I know I did, as it is hard to find forums! I often want to browse for forums but how do you do it? After we get a good number of forums entered there, it will be great to go to ONE spot to find interesting forums and/or forums of a topic you are looking for! Plus, it will be a Great Forum Promotion tool I believe! But forum promotion is not the main reason. Mainly just for a place to look for forums of interest!

I am still on the "Fence" for that one! I currently have it up in a section for FF forums & another one waiting in the wings for non-FF forums. I will most likely allow both, as I have one that isn't an FF forum still pending the outcome!

How well is this site searched? I mean, if we post our forums in a directory, shouldn't that directory be accessible through google with ease? Just asking cuz unless it is, I doubt that ANY of the admins who join - will join any other forums that is listed on your directory. Cuz you know, that place will only be filled forum owners.

Actually a number of "Forum Owners" there HAVE joined other forums there! I have joined a few there also as there are a lot of very interesting ones posted in the Directory already! This site is a sorely needed DIRECTORY of Forums! You "Post" your forum to a Submittal Forum - when approved it is moved to a category. You can be under more than one category but you must post it once for EACH category in the submittal forum! It is searched very well already but will be even more when I submit it to the search engines. They are there already & I have had several users come from outside FF already also! This is Not a BUMPing forum promotion site at all! A Directory!

OK - It is DONE! We NOW have an Anime Category! I may as well be ready for it! Ahh, we are ready for anything at The Forum Directory! Last night I had 13 or 14 Forum Submissions to do, all at a time! It was tough with all the glitches happening trying to move posts to sellected categories! But it was done!
