Were the users online at the time of checking in the ACP?
When their session ends that is recorded as the "last logged in", so if they were online when you were checking the ACP they'd show in the "last 24 hour" stats but the "last visit" date would be when they last logged in.

Do the 24 hours stats appear to function properly if you view them on a different style, (for example Prosilver or Subsilver2)?
