To change the look of the buttons on your site is not possible. They are all based on the style you are using.

With the Premium Service, you can change the color of the Post Reply/Topic buttons, but other than that you can't without Advanced Hosting, which is $66 annually.

Head over to the ACP (Advanced Admin Panel)
Click on "Mod Center" in the middle of the page,
Now click Dissable next to "Arcade" to Enable it. You can then click Edit to tweek the settings on it. =)
