How many folks are as excited as me to see this upgrade.
I am hoping that the Hermes Green style is included in the ones that you can edit. If this upgrade is as outstanding as I think why would you ever leave freeforums hosting !

I'm pretty excited for this upgrade, plus you get mods that are not going to be on the non premium service.

Custom theme editor (change the colors on a few installed themes)
Premium support forum access (for faster support)
Add Page mod installed (Add other pages to your forum and add whatever content you want)
RedBar3 mod installed (Add links to other pages/sites on the header or footer of your forum)
10MB per file uploads

The Premium Service will normally cost $6.95/month. However, we will initially launch with a promotion of $4.95/month for a limited number of forums. If you purchase then you will have that price for life.

Division are we still about 2 weeks out on this or sooner ? I am signing up !

I think any extra mods you would add would be appreciated but the most important thing is that all these upgrades work well before you pull the trigger.
Take your time and do it right.
I would add that releasing a couple special mods for those that don't go premium(every forum) is important

the freeforums .org is dropped from what I understand
Will there be a redirect, or do you have to announce it to the membership?
Does the premium service eliminate the ads?
Do we lose all existing skins we have set up right now?

There would be a redirect once the freeforums.org is dropped.
No you still pay for Ad removal as I understand it.

You can keep your Skins AKA styles but ONLY a certain few will be able to be edited( Not sure which yet)

This service is going to make freeforums.org the one stop site forums !

What do they do?

Paypal or your points from donations !

Redbar : Laces a links/navigation bar along the top and bottom of your forums (header & footer), which can be easily updated via the ACP .

Cash MOD : Summed up it's A highly customizable Rewards System.

Shop Mod :It lets users spend virtual cash (earned by posting or through other means) on virtual items. Some of these virtual items will have effects, such as letting a normal user pin a topic or make their name glow in their posts or something like that.

Just to clear some items up, a domain name does not come with the Premium Service, it is not mentioned on either the blog or in Division's post here about its features. A domain name, the same as ad-removal, and copyright removal would remain a seperate upgrade for your forum.

Will all the themes be available, or just the ones that have been made customizable?

Do you have to pay monthly or will there be more convenient options like paying a year at a time?

I would like to get ad removal but I never have because I couldn't be bothered renewing it every month. The same goes for premium service. I wont bother with it if I have to organise payment every month.

I believe it is monthly, or you get a slight discount if you pay for a year in advanced.

Keep in mind though, that ad-removal (along with the premium service) is a PayPal subscription which means that it automatically renews itself (thus eliminating the hassle of remembering to re-purchase it), and will do so until you simply cancel the PayPal subscription.
