 play you tube videos if i stay on free forum can a mod be added where i can play you tube videos right in the post

You can already do this, its not mod, but a BBcode. Head over to your ACP -> 'Posting' tab -> and you will already be on the bbcodes page. Now scroll down a bit to 'Pre-made bbcodes, and find youtube, now click the red 'Disabled' button, to Enable the bbcode.
Now when you start a new post, you will see all the previous BBcodes, such as bold (B), underline (U), and there will be the one you just added somewhere called YouTube.
